A. Essential Educational Qualification (Direct Recruitment):
- MD / MS or equivalent degree recognized by MCI / NMC; OR
- MBBS or equivalent degree recognized by MCI / NMC with MPH from a recognized University; OR
- Master's Degree in a subject related to Biomedical Sciences OR MBBS degree with Ph.D. from a recognized University in a subject related to Biomedical Sciences.
B. Essential Experience (15 Years Total):
- At least 05 Years in a managerial position handling R&D projects independently (viz. PI or Co-PI of scientific studies, Head of Research Groups / Centres / Institutes / Laboratories); AND
- At least 02 Years regular service in Pay Matrix Level 13-A or 07 Years regular service in Pay Matrix Level 13 (or equivalent).
C. Deputation / Absorption Eligibility:
- Scientists from Central / State Governments, recognized autonomous organizations, research institutes, or universities holding analogous posts on a regular basis, OR possessing essential qualifications & experience prescribed for direct recruits.
