RECRUITMENT FOR WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Applications are invited for the position of Workforce Development Manager under the project titled "Silicon and Advanced Semiconductor Manufacturing Research and Training Hub (SAMARTH)" at IIT Gandhinagar.

2. ELIGIBILITY & QUALIFICATIONS
A. Essential Qualification:
- Ph.D. or equivalent in the appropriate branch with a very good academic record throughout.
- OR M.Tech / M.S. or equivalent qualification in an appropriate discipline with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in Teaching, Research, Industrial, or Design organization of repute.
- Academic Marks Norms: Minimum 60% or equivalent grade from Graduation onwards, and minimum 55% in Class 10th and 12th.
B. Desirable Experience:
- Strong project and program management skills to independently drive initiatives.
- Familiarity with the semiconductor/microelectronics ecosystem or experience in managing skill development and training programs.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.
