A. Essential Educational Qualification:
- Ph.D. Degree in Management, Business Administration, Energy Management, Economics, or allied disciplines from a recognized University or premier Institute of national importance.
- First-class or equivalent master's degree in a relevant discipline.
B. Essential Experience & Professional Background:
- Minimum 15 years of teaching/research/administrative experience in a university, college, or premier management institution, out of which at least 5 years should be at the level of Professor (Level 14/15 or equivalent).
- Proven track record of academic leadership, executive education, research publications in high-impact peer-reviewed journals, and institutional development.
- Experience in collaborating with energy sector industries, corporate governance, and consultancy projects is highly desirable.
- Providing academic, administrative, and strategic leadership to position NSB as a global institute of excellence in energy management education.
- Overseeing PGDM (Energy Management) and Executive Management programs mentored by IIM Ahmedabad.
- Fostering industry-academia linkages with power, energy, and corporate sectors.
- Guiding faculty research, consultancy, MDPs (Management Development Programmes), and campus infrastructure expansion.
