স্টার্টআপ বাংলাদেশ লিমিটেড-এর পক্ষ থেকে শূন্য পদে জনবল নিয়োগের উদ্দেশ্যে আকর্ষণীয় ক্যারিয়ার সুযোগ ঘোষণা করা হয়েছে। নিচে পদের বিবরণ ও যোগ্যতা দেওয়া হলো:

1	Associate – Venture Capital	Required Education: Years of Experience:	• At least master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics from a govt. recognized/renowned university. CFA/CAIA/FRM will be given preference. No third division/class or equivalent at any stage of academic career will be accepted. In the grading system, a minimum CGPA of 3.50 on a scale of 5.0 and CGPA 2.50 on a scale of 4.0 is required. • At least 6 years of relevant work experience, of which 2 years in mid-level positions. Experience should be in Venture Capital/Private Equity, capital market, reputed consulting firms, investment banking or financial institution (investment).
2	Analyst – Venture Capital	Required Education: Years of Experience:	• A bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting or Economics from a govt. recognized/renowned university. MBA/CFA/CAIA/FRM will be given preference. No third division/class or equivalent at any stage of academic career will be accepted. In the grading system, a minimum CGPA of 3.50 on a scale of 5.0 and CGPA 2.50 on a scale of 4.0 is required. • At least 4 years of relevant work experience in Venture Capital/Private Equity, capital market, reputed consulting firms, investment banking or financial institution (investment).
3	Analyst – Fund of Funds	Required Education: Years of Experience:	• A bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting or Economics from a govt. recognized/renowned university. CFA/CAIA/FRM will be an added advantage. No third division/class or equivalent at any stage of academic career will be accepted. In the grading system, a minimum CGPA of 3.50 on a scale of 5.0 and 2.50 on a scale of 4.0 is required. • At least 4 years of relevant work experience in Venture Capital/Private Equity, capital market, investment banking, reputed consulting firms or financial institutions.

Remuneration: The remuneration and the other benefits will be provided as per the company policy.
